My Victorian house still has the original pantry room
complete with the original shelving. I want to take all the
layer of paper off the walls move the deep freeze to the
basement and put in a jelly or pie safe to stay with what
would have been used in the room in 1904.
As tomatoes ripen they are canned for soups, pasta dishes and
to be served from the jar. For that taste of summer in the
